Scot attended Hebron High School and Dickinson State University earning his Bachelor's in Business Administration. Personal: A graduate of South Heart High School, Ken Decker has been a part of the Sax Motor Co. team on two occasions; 1972-1975 and 1992 until now. He is currently a sales consultant holding all GM Certifications that are offered. He hopes to some day retire from Sax Motor Co. knowing that it is a great place to work and they treat you like a real person. Ken is married to his wife Marcy and has 4 sons, 1 daughter and a puppy named Maisy. He has spent many years racing cars and working on cars. Ken has a son and grandson that are involved in racing. He's restored a 1965 Chevelle Malibu.

Personal: After graduating from Grand Forks Central High School in 1991, Don attended Northwest Technical College obtaining a 2 year degree in Sales and Service merchandising. He then moved to Dickinson in 1994 from Grand Forks. He has over 16 years sales and service experience. Don is married to wife, Shelley, has three children; 2 boys, Weston and Hunter, and one step-daughter, Lindsey, along with two dogs. In his spare time, Don likes to go fishing, hunting, is involved in Motocross racing and loves to go on vacations with his family.

Personal: A graduate of Dickinson High School, Randy Kinzel has been a sales consultant with Sax Motor Co. since July of 2003. He joined the Sax Motor team to better his selling career in the automobile industry and has completed GM Certified training. He, his wife, Shonah and daughters, McKenzie and Madison enjoy camping, volleyball, hockey and snowmobiling. Randy is also a member of St. Joseph's Church and Parish Council, Eagles Club and Knights of Columbus.

Personal: A graduate of Watford City High School, Lisa joined the staff at Sax Motor Co. in July of 2006 and is currently the Internet Sales Manager. She received her Associate's Degree from Bismarck State College and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree from Dickinson State University. She and her husband, Will, have two sons, Blake and Devyn. In her spare time she enjoys shooting archery with her family, watching football on the weekends, and spending as much time with her boys as possible.
